BUSINESS VALUATIONS
If you’re buying or selling a business, or doing estate planning, a business valuation will be necessary. Bull Moose offers two different reports.
Calculation of Value – $3,000
This report is typically used by someone who is considering buying or selling a business, or by someone looking to do some financial planning. While not as comprehensive as an opinion of value, it contains many of the same calculations and renders an accurate business value.
Opinion of Value – $6,000
An Opinion of Value is a comprehensive report that is necessary for gift/estate tax purposes and litigation. It contains everything a Calculation of Value does, but it also goes much deeper into discussions on overall economy, industry economics, and considers valuation using three different approaches.
